Booking and cancellation terms
Booking: your booking is binding once you receive the confirmation email. Prices include 25.5% VAT.
Cancellation: you can cancel a tour free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Private guiding and group nature days can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the start. Later cancellations are not refunded.
If we cancel: if we have to cancel a tour because of weather or safety, we refund the full price or move your booking to another day, as you prefer. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we let you know at least 24 hours before departure.
Northern lights: the northern lights can never be promised. If the sky stays cloudy all evening, you get 50% off a new northern lights tour during the same week.
Safety: follow the guide's instructions. Tell us when booking about any health issues or mobility needs that affect the tour.
